Pathetic service run away from this company

I wish i can put below one star. Pathetic service. Phone is locked made payment they cant help me cos i am not the account holder. Account holder is at a rehab for 4 months so cant use the phone because of that when i have all the details. No one higher than the call centre agent to assist
