No Transparency – ******* Into a Rental Phone Contract

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Fone Yam through Pep Dispatch. There was no transparency in explaining the terms of the contract. I was made to believe that I was purchasing a contract phone, only to later find out that it was actually a rental phone. This information was never properly explained to me, and I feel misled into signing an agreement under false impressions.

Customers deserve honesty and full disclosure when entering into any contract, but in my experience, this company failed to provide that. I consider their business practices to be misleading and unfair, and I would caution others to be very careful before signing anything with them.
