No response on my claim

Very disappointed and frustrated, I claim a lost phone at foneyam, submitted all required documents,sent an email, but no reply at all.i depended on that phone for job interview replies. Their number ***is not working, it's like a dead end. I don't know if the phone was blocked or not after reporting it ******. I'm very disappointed 😞
