no clear communication
Their consultants don't tell you that when you buy a Fone you will have to pay on the date you bought the phone, and when you call them, they tell you that they don't change the date. the close your phone automatically I don't know how many times I called them no solution, I have to borrow money from people to pay them worse when you want to pay more, they blocked you to the amount you due for. I hate the day I saw them
