MR Tsike

My sister was ****** and her phone was taken by force, she was advised to send certain documents for her claim to be processed which she did. She was told the claim will take something between 7 days or more but unfortunately there's no communication from the phone yam people to advise or inform he about the status of the claim. She really needs that phone for her school work, she can't access her emails because she must go back to school.
