Misrepresentation of the contract and misinformed

I got the foneyam phone form Ackerman because i was told I'll be paying the initial deposit and R179 per month and now i just got a contract saying I'll have to pay R373 which on my side didn't agree on. I was misinformed and mislead and now i have a locked phone which i never used at hand. i got the phone 3 day back bit its already locked. I'd really appreciate a refund and termination of contract due to the misrepresentation of the contract. i cant take a 3k phone and have to pay almost double the price. I am not working and i cant afford this. i can't say i had seen the contract cos the Ackerman cashier was the one doing it on her phone and i had no idea how this worked and i took what she said.

please advise on the steps i can take because i didn't use the phone and i can only opt for refund or pay the original cash price of the phone
