I'm not happy with foneyam
I'm not happy with foneyam because they call me last week to ask about payment and I said I'm going make a payment this week now they send me a sms that my claim have been canceled because of payment how can I pay a phone I don't have and how can they cancel my claim when I send them two times in a week email i will make a payment the weekend because last week when one of them phone me I till them the end of the month and one of them till me I'm going get my phone tomorrow

As per our recent telephonic conversation we can confirm that the documents have been received and is with our claims department for further review.
Kindly note that the claims turn around time is 30days after all documents have been recieved. Furthermore this matter will be marked as resolved based on the feedback provided.
