I need my money back!!

I am not happy with FONEYAM and I need my money back. On the 7th of October 2024 I took a phone with them and I was supposed yo make payment on the 14th of October which I failed to do so then on the 15th they blocked the phone then on the very same day I received a call from one of the rude consultants and I explained that I'll pay towards months but she was still rude. Fast forward I sent them an email stating that I'd like to cancel the contract and how much will I be getting from the 30% I paid on the 7th but to my surprise I was told that I won't be getting anything from the R600 I paid instead I have to pay R277 for cancelation and return and R120 I had to pay on the 14th.. I do not mind provided they deduct the R397 from the 30% I paid on the 7th and they bring back the R203 cos that's daylight ******* they're doing. Please intervene. They don't even deserve that one star.
