Harassment and ***** (refusal to remove me from their call register)

This company won't stop calling me repeatedly. They call 4-8 times a day looking for someone named Tamlyn Smith. I've called and emailed them repeatedly to solve the matter but their customer service is so pathetic. They just repeat the same excuse that they cannot remove my number and it's the responsibility of the person who *****ulently used it to then remove it from their profile.

Someone explain to me how i'm meant to get a ******** to remove my number from their phone contract.

If this is not resolved i will be forced to pursue legal action.
