Harassment and Foul Language From The Consultants Rude PPL

So I paid up my contract today. Then I got an sms saying I still owe 1c which means next month they will block my phone again, so i called in the consultants are so unhelpful the woman just says I dont care you paid short and your phone will be blocked next month. So i started arguing she hung up. I called again same story with next teller also hung up I called again swearing and complaining then 2 minutes later a consultant calls my private number swearing me every swear word **** ***** ***** ****. Thats what the consultant was calling me she then hung up on me. Thats how you get treated after paying these ppl till your term was done. I called in again after and a lovely lady assisted me her name was Nobisa what a lovely kind helpful consultant. In all honesty my term with this company was dreadful. Look elsewhere if you want a phone on contract. Im still shocked from that phone call. Disgusting ppl.
