Good day hello Peter,it's mantswadi goner,my foneyam contract phone was restricted,I called them since it couldn't refresh policies,they asked me to email screens screenshots and did as they asked,the auto reply said they'll respond soon,since last Wednesday I had no response and my matter seemed to be ignored,I called them daily with no help,today they said they'll give me pin about three o'clock,when I called about 4oclock,they told me they can't see my attachments and thus can't help me even thought they promised ill have the pin to open my phone by three o'clock,I've been calling then daily since last week Friday but all my efforts failed dismally,I'm so heartbroken that they can blatantly lie to me,if I can see my attachments on sent emails how is it possible they can't see them?if they couldn't why didn't they respond to me,why did they promise me lies?the email I used to send messages is ***
