Fonyam contract

It's been a month now I have been waiting for a response from fonyam, unfortunately nothing happened and I would like to advise other people to be alerted about fonyam insurance they are ****ming us as they sent SMS to me that the insurance approved my case, when I went to collect the phone to the nearest store I was told that the insurance department declined my application I call them I didn't get the exact answer since then, I am so disappointed with fonyam contract and I will never ever make business with such ***** company.
