Foneyami Insurance Claims
I send all my claims at foneyami insurance as I was ****** and they took my phone sent everything, after 2 weeks, I received a message that I need to make payments and I did that, onether two weeks nothing happend I decided to call to find out which I was told I must re send the documents with It number from MTN which I did phoned and I resent all documents to phoneyami it almost 2 weeks now they have not come back to me, and I'm loosing out as I use the phone to study sometimes they service is so bad, I need them to replace my phone or cancel my contract as I have been waiting for so long, my account ref is ***
