Till today I regret taking a device through this horrible service which I was misled. Run for you life they will trap you into a contract which is actually a rental for 12 months after pay for all those months you have to pay again in order to fully own the device **** of a company this one.

FoneYam is a rental contract which requires customers to pay the initial payment (upfront payment + the first payment 7 days later), and a further 12 monthly payments.
The payment terms and product terms and conditions are disclosed to and accepted by customers during the application process.
As per the terms and conditions, we provide the following options:
1. At the end of the rental period, subject to all payments having been received, customers have the first option to purchase the device at fair market value.
2. At the end of the rental period customers may return the device.
Alternatively, customers may also exercise their right to early cancellation of the rental contract, subject to a reasonable cancellation fee.
We have reached out to you telephonically and you are comfortable to continue with your rental contract.
