FONEYAM USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

This is not OK

I Payed for my Cellphone before the pay date and FONEYAM Decided to Lock/Block my Cellphone.I did report send screenshot,Call Many time bought the data i was told to load in the simcard,I tried everything but even today I have no Cellphone.I work with that Cellphone and my everything is in de.Everything they asked but still....This Service Provider is USELESS...

I don’t understand why FONEYAM can’t just unlock my Phone Because everything I was instructed to do I did,Monthly Data was loaded in the Sim Card and Screenshot were emailed..Why can’t you just set my phone to download latest Policy

This Foneyam always locks my Device for the Y.Because last month they said I’m not using the sim card for Data now I used the Simcard but they lock my Phone again yeeerrrrr
