FoneYam robbing clients

I wanted to buy a cheap phone since my contact phone was sent in for repairs. The agent comvinced me that I should consider their 'pay-off' option rather than buying a cheap phone. He told me that I could pay an upfront payment of R1800 and the rest is monthly due for 12 months, after that the phone is mine.

I got a Samsung A05, paid the first payment and installments regularly, and even paid more to make the "purchase term" go faster. To my surprise, I have learned that it does not become your property. You are only renting, and then you have to pay for the phone at the end of the rental contract at fair market value.

So the Samsung A05 costs +-R2200 now. How can I pay R1800 + R330(12)= R5760 for a "cheap" phone and then have to purchase it. I think I have paid a fair price for it already. No more payments to be made. They can ****** off. When I asked for an account after being called for none payment and what about all my extra payments, the call was dropped.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SUPPORT THIS COMPANY WHO DOES NOT ACT IN GOOD FAITH AND APPOINTMENT AGENTS WHO DOES NOT EXPLAIN OR GIVE THE CONTRACT BEFORE THE DEAL IS CONCLUDED. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

****UM
