This morning I spoke to lady named Maxine and she answered so many of my questions with such patience, calmness and sweetness I had no doubt about taking up another contract with them. I spoke with my husband and I said to him I'd love to give this Samsung phone to his son since my son and nephews have two phones. Such a beautiful customer care experience I had with them
