Foneyam is a ****

This company is a ****. I took a phone from them, i was told its a 12months contract, despite the fact that i was asked to pay a deposit of R600 and additional R120 in-store. I took the contract on the 16th of July, 2025. They sent me a message saying my contract of 12months will end in August 2026. I have tried to reach them over the phone its not going through, i have sent an email to them to sort out the issue yet no reply. For instance 12months calendar runs from January to December and not January to January or even February as in in the case with foneyam. They are just exploiting people.
