This foneyam is a ****, I am paying for a rental when, I needed to buy a contract phone. The sales person told me that it was a 12months contract phone, after the contract ends the phone will be mine, The phone is a Samsung 05S, and I have been using it for 2 months. What is strange is that I want to cancel the rental phone contract because I would never rent a phone why would I rent a A5S for R398 a month when I can get a better contract phone at that amount. I went to Ackermans in fourways mall they tell me if cancel the contract I have to pay them all the money that is due to them. Yet I never wanted to rent a phone. They stand there and tell us lies!. This phone is not even that value. They are reaping me off. They need to tell their sales people exactly what product they are selling. Those people don't understand the product and they sell us lies, now I am stuck here with a phone that is cheaper to buy cash, with no contract benefits, overpriced and on top of that I don't even own it. I am basically giving people money for free.
