Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated with Foneyam’s Claims Service

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from Foneyam.

I logged a claim with Foneyam, and the claim has now been cancelled three times without any clear explanation or communication as to why it keeps being cancelled. As a paying customer, I expect to receive proper service, assistance, and transparency when I need to make use of the services I am paying for.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is trying to get assistance through the call centre. I have repeatedly had to wait on the line for an extended period before eventually being transferred to the claims department. On one occasion, after waiting to be transferred, the claims consultant simply said “hello” and then dropped the call. This is extremely frustrating and has left me feeling completely unsupported.

I am not asking for special treatment — I am simply expecting the service and assistance that I am paying for. Having my claim cancelled three times without an explanation, combined with the difficulty in actually reaching someone who can assist me, is unacceptable and has left me very dissatisfied and annoyed.

I would like Foneyam to please provide:

A clear explanation as to why my claim has been cancelled three times. The reason I was not properly informed each time the claim was cancelled. Assistance with getting my claim properly processed. An explanation regarding the poor communication and call handling experienced when contacting the claims department.

i am honestly ****ed off and annoyed by the poor communication and them evading my communication trials.They also provide a whatsapp number that is responded too by a chat bot which is very unproductive ,disrespectful and downright annoying.
