I had gotten a device from them paid it every month without fail they will gladly get you a device and make you pay but when it's time to claim ****** devices you will receive the run around phone ****** may 1st 2025 sent all documents on the day a couple days later still no response I called in to inquire about the claim and they requested a itc number which I had to get from my network provider which I did almost two weeks after my claim nothing no news about a replacement but should we have issues paying for the device then you guys want to lock it immediately such bad service wouldn't recommend it.
