Foneyam Dishonesty

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Foneyam. Their website clearly states that the phone comes with insurance, but it does not mention anywhere that the insurance only covers one replacement phone. This critical detail was never explained to me before I signed up.

We needed a phone replacement, but were told we are only allowed one, and that’s it — no exceptions. This is misleading advertising. If the website and salespeople were upfront about the limitations, I would have made a different choice.

I feel that customers deserve honesty and full disclosure before making a purchase. Unfortunately, Foneyam has failed in that regard.
