foneyam contract

So i recently bought a phone from foneyam and just made a payment a day later my phone is still locked and i keep on talking to consultants who is giving me the run around which i dont think is fair.. i made the payment so i expect my phone to be unlocked and i need it and now i cant be helped. the consultants want to take me for a stupid and keep on telling me *******..
