Foneyam call center agent very rude

Hi, My name is Mvelisa Ntlemeza ***. The company chose the most disrespectful and rude call center agent. I believe all calls are recorded for quality purposes, please listen to the last call lodged to Mr M Ntlemeza. This is the kind of attitude that will chase customers away. Irrespective of the account status, outstanding balance or not, the lady whatsoever she doesn't hold any right to be rude and put a phone down during a conversation. Please do something, I am really offended.
