i had a terrible experience with this compony what happened is that i took a contract phone with this compony,the phone that i was using had a factory fault so i sent the phone back to them for repairs after a month of silence the sent me an email that said i must pay R1800 for repairs and they say the reason the its becouse of crack on the screen which the phone used to oparate while it had it
