Foneyam Agents Are ****s

I am a former employee at Ackermans and this year in March I went to buy a phone there, I was approached by an agent and was told about Foneyam contract whereby I could take any fone and pay monthly, and was told I could pay it off anytime but the contract takes 12 months, I then asked if there was interest, I was told there's no interest and I specificly told the agent it is my first time hearing something like that but i was lured in and tookk the phone, only to find out after 5 months that I'm renting the phone it doesn't belong to me and that I should pay more than the original price of the phone. I have stopped and will be opening a case of missinformation against the agent cause he played me I used to work at ackermans by highlighting that is to show that the way in which I was lured in to this deal was very much convinving and I put my trust on them cause I used to work there but only to find out I was played.
