False promises on Foneyam insurance claims

I lost my phone and was asked to go collecting details from police station, vodacom and the store I took it from. I did that, they keepp requesting that I send the very same documents over and over without resolving the issue. It's now been 2 months without a phone instead my the areas keep accumulating.
