False advertising
I got a phone with Foneyam I paid regularly and didn't skip any months, about a month ago the phone was ******, so I went to report it at Delmas pep, the lady at the store told me to get an SAPS affidavit so she can claim for me since the phones have insurance, I did as I was told came back few days later to the shop I found a different person, he also helped me and call the office to block the phone, but to my surprise the lady on the other side of the line said that the phone doesn't have insurance, but the other day I saw a foneyam ad ,on the ad they clearly say "they're phone have free insurance" I sent them an email about this issue a week ago still no response... I wanted to continue with the contract but due to this, I don't think I will
