Excellent Service from your call center representative

I recently had a payment issue and Busiswa Hamnca, the representative who assisted me, was outstanding. She immediately apologized for the misunderstanding, assured me she would not rest until the matter was resolved, and made sure to follow up. Her phone manner was excellent—she was patient, understanding, and very professional throughout. I truly appreciate her effort to resolve the issue and her positive attitude.
