Empathy

What an unreasonable company to do business with, rather stay away. Realizing payment was due today, yes my fault, but human error, everybody makes a mistake sometime, just call them and ask them too postpone payment by one day. They not even willing to do that! That after the lady at Ackrrmsns told me they don't block phones! They block it not a second after you due second.
