Disgusting behavior of consultant.

I am so disgusted by the behavior of the consultant I just spoke to I didn't get her name. She started the call by saying. " yoh people are going home" in Xhosa which I understood. She literally threatened me on the phone. I even told her I don't feel comfortable with how she's speaking to me , she just continued being rude. She even said she will continue to call me everytime. She is a terrible human who I'm sure has had a long day. And just wanted to go home as others are already going home.
