Disappointed by claims
Made a claim and there's no feedback, my child is a student and can't get access to anything like emails, calls or anything that requires the number registered on the ****** phone...all documents are submitted but there's still no response, this is so bad and causes panic for my child as we were told that they always help easy and fast, but this is nothing like that. How many times should we call them to get assisted?
