Disappointed
The worst service provider I lost my device and submitted my claim with all required information. Waited 7 days and they advised my claim is denied
Foneyam please explain why MTN cannot locate your IMEI numbers now claims are being declined.

MTN advised I come back to check with you and you are sending me back to MTN
