Device admin control application
Bought a device cash at Ackermans. The device has a application installed which is a device administration and states that the phone is controlled by the TELECOMS CLIENT ADMIN CONTROL. I am not able to use specific functions on the device. I called sent emails and only received a automated response which is irrelevant.
