Delay phoneyam claim insurance

Dear claims

I made a complaint on a lost phone and submitted all required documentation but I'm still waiting for the response.its been 22day days without getting any response from you about the replacement device I'm a student and I depend on that phone please assist now l don't have any phone with me and I'm still paying for the previous one despite not having it right now
