Claim a new phone
Their service is poor and the consultant are rude all times.

09 Feb 2026, 14:57I did make a claim from December and they make excuses and what is worse I'm still paying for the phone today I call again they say I must wait for sms and the lady that help me said to me I must used Internet cafe for sending claim forms or go to Pep.i did go to pep at Nonkqubela link those kids that work for Foneyam are useless they say the don't know how to send my documents and I still need help because am sending email with my documents and no replies at all and foneyam keep sending sms for payment yet no phone by my side until now and I paid and yet again soon this month .
