Cash purchased phone locked by foneyam

Dear Foneyam management,I'm not satisfied about your response.you say my phone was locked by my service provider which is totally wrong.what I demand from you is to remove your lock from my phone. I gave you enough time to resolve this but you keep testing my patience. Failure to do so I'm going to sue you in small claims court. Service provider cannot lock my phone then your number appears on my screen.If you fail to unlock my phone you will have to choose between purchasing me another phone or I sue you.
