Big ****mers

I wish l could put zero star that's what they deserve. These people are ****mers. I recently took a phone from them l have been paying for the past 5 months. Last month l happened to be in Zambia when the payment was due & l paid using payat link but to my surprise my phone was blocked. I contacted them the whole week but they never helped all they told me was that the phone was not blocked so l just assumed it was because of network. Now that I'm back in SA l called them & l was told the same story they even told me to visit mtn which l did. When l went there l was told that my sim card was recycled & given to someone else instead of being helped l was told my phone can't be unlocked if l don't have that sim card which means l paid for nothing. How can a simcard linked to a contract that you know depends on it be given to someone else especially when it's being used. RUN WITH YOUR MONEY DON'T BE ****MED
