Baddest experience I've ever had, I'm so ulter regrettably regretful to ever try this Foneyam thingy, having to buy a phone in September 2024 , lost my phone Jan 2025;only to find out my phone is not insured with such money I've paid this far, after asking you guys numeric times is my phone insured your employees agreed with a big stupid smile saying yes, now when I go claim my phone you guys have the nerve to tell me my phone is not insured, on top of it only phones bought in November onwards are insured where on earth have you heard that ****, I did everything required of me , ITC no, Case No and Affidavit yet you still want me to pay for the phone, the nerve to give me an option to settle my payment of R1409. To cancel what daylight ******* is this
