Bad way to handle contracts
I had a very bad experience with this Fone yam company , i made payment after 7 days of having the phone and for 2weeks i couldnt use my phone having numerous emails and phone calls sent to them but receiving no joy, they cant trace the payments made to my rental agreement, but busy calling me to say i am owing, unprofessional consultants dropping calls whilst we trying to express yourselves, i have never regret myself like this in a cellphone contract, this is really a bad way of handling business i would never advise people to join this thing its exhausting, imagine its my first payment after 7 days. yooh guys this is tedious

17 Apr 2025, 07:55It has been long under investigation, I do not care even if feedback is not given, I tried to call all the consultants to get tangible info, but they hung up on me, careless about customers but i give Fone yam the trophy they deserve. I regret everyday having to opt for this Fone yam thing, you sure hired the right people to do a good job on deceiving people, on top of that we are not given any alternative number, no option to directly speak to the relevant people its always the consultants that lie the whole time.
