Bad Service Experienced Ever

I am very dissapointed i took a phone at foneyam on 07/03/2026 my phone was locked and it was paid i've struggle phoning them with no luck now i have 7 days with a toy.the service is bad even the Ackermans store manager did not intervein no communication is done i have to call them for follow up with no luck.

Kindly please assist.
