No you did not attempt to contact me, I had to contact you just for one of the ladies telling me that its my own fualt for not paying, I did send them emails that I have lost my job and as soon as I got a new job I paid in full, now I can't use the device because it is still locked after how many mails and calls, even went to PEP yesterday whre the friendly employee of Fonyam tried to help me, even he had dropped the call and spike to someone else who tried to help but couldn't, now today I get a mail that says device is umlocked but yet it is not so olease before you decide to reply again make sure that you actually call me and make sure my device is unlocked, when I phoned I asked for the knox code, they don't even know what it is

Dear FoneYam Support Team,I am writing to urgently escalate an ongoing issue regarding my Samsung Galaxy A05 (IMEI: ***).
My account has been fully paid up, and I have already received my official settlement letter. I have contacted your support center multiple times, and your agents have confirmed that my device is marked as "unlocked" on your internal billing system.
However, my physical phone is still completely blocked by the Vodacom Device Control / Samsung Knox Guard lock screen. Because your agents do not have a manual 8-digit unlock bypass code to give me, the phone remains unusable.
The issue is that FoneYam's billing system has cleared my account, but your server has failed to broadcast the actual release command to Samsung's Knox servers, leaving my device stuck in a loop.
Since standard over-the-air unlocking has failed, I request that this ticket be immediately escalated to your Back-Office IT / Technical Administration Desk to perform one of the following manual overrides: Log directly into your master enterprise console and completely delete / de-register my IMEI number from your profile so it releases the Knox lock.
Manually push a fresh activation token to Samsung’s server to clear my hardware restriction.
I have attached a copy of my Paid-Up / Settlement Letter and a photo of my locked screen to this email as proof.
Please resolve this immediately or provide a reference number for a senior manager to contact me, as I have been left without a working phone despite fulfilling my entire contract.
