Unauthorized debit order

I have had debit orders coming off of my bank account from a company listed as Fonesure, at a rate of R85 per month. <br> I have not taken insurance out of this nature, nor have I signed a debit order authorising this deduction. <br> This has been going on for several years, but I cannot find any information on how to cancel the debit order. I have contacted Vodacom several times and they deny a relationship with this company. I cannot find any contact details for the company online, only UK numbers.<br> <br> I want to be provided the following from the company:<br> A signed application form and debit order authority<br> A copy of my contract, clearly stating the items insured.<br> <br> I want a full refund from the company and cancellation of the debit order with immediate effect. This is highly unprofessional and constitutes ***** to the highest degree.
