Unauthorised debit order ***??!

I have had debit orders coming off of my bank account from a company listed as Fonesure, at a rate of R62.50 per month. I have not signed a debit order authorising this deduction.<br> This has been going on for ages, but I cannot find any information on how to cancel the debit order. I have contacted Vodacom several times and they deny a relationship with this company. I cannot find any contact details for the company.<br> <br> I want them to produce my signed application form and debit order authority, as well as a copy of my contract, clearly stating the items insured.<br> <br> I want a full refund from the company and cancellation of the debit order with immediate effect.
