Fonesure debits

Have debit orders on my bank statement from a company called Fonesure going off monthly without my consent.<br> <br> Fonesure EM-851335-3 R57 pm<br> <br> I have never taken out insurance of any sort nor have I signed any debit order authorities for this amount.<br> I would like to be provided with the following information from this company...<br> <br> A signed application form<br> A signed debit order authority<br> A copy of my contract clearly stating what items i have insured.<br> <br> This is going off a while now. I ALSO WANT A COPY OF THE CALL to confirm if the fault is on my side or not.<br> <br> If not they need to refund me ALL the money they have deducted ever. I will go through my bank statements to make sure they don't mess me around.<br> <br> Waiting for feedback!!
