Bad service and untrained agents

Poor service from standard bank I canceled my premium by mistake on my app because the reference number didn't mention standard bank. I called standard and spoke to a Lady called Sanelisiwe to assist she advised me my premium will be deducted going forward come June the 27th my premium was not deducted I called again I spoke to different agents who kept on transferring my call and my call landed to some rude guy who claimed that everything is fine with my policy standard bank will deduct the missed premium on the same day I called and they never did. My worry is if something were to happen I won't be covered because of your untrained agents. And I'm losing benefits for missing premiums.... Bad service
