Wrong Order Delivered

I'm very disappointed to come home after a long day at work being so anxious to find a Laptop I ordered from FoneChoice. I told him I did not want any laptop IF it's not either a Core i5 or Core i7. I'm a software developer by profession, what use is a dual core 1.5Ghz laptop to me!! I told him over and over to not move forward with the order if the laptop he called and sold to me is not an i5. I accepted the understanding that it's an I5 laptop. The work I do requires a good...no... powerful machine and not this delivered laptop. I'm very disappointed and angry he wasted my time.
