Waiting 3 months for collection

I bought a tablet through Fonechoice and dropped it by accident. There was a crack in the middle but as weeks went by it went through the whole screen. As i have a guarantee on it i called them to have it picked up. I called in late October, 17 November and twice in December for them to come and collect it. I was told it will be collected within 4 - 10 days so when i called in 17 November 2015 they told me they put a emergency collection. I called again in 1 Dec and was told they will rush it. Today is the 18 December. I am still waiting. I am really not happy with their poor performance as i wanted to use the tablet in December.
