UNFAIR TREATMENT AND A RIPOFF

Eversince I bought a tablet from Fonechoice from a few months it statered to have problems and they keep on ripping me off. In this instance eversince November 2015 I had'nt had my tablet yet I am paying for it monthly and I am afraid that next month it will be last instalment. I sent a tablet in November 2015, and when they eventually brought it back in March 2016, it was a matter of two weeks and on the second instance of charging it the outlet was loose and the charger which was brought with the device could not connect. Each time they keep on asking for an excess fee of which i will not be paying this time around because their device could not keep for a mere 3 months of receiving it whenever it goes back and forth to them, I feel they have ripped me off and were just taking my money for something I haerdly use for the purpose bought for. I do not have a phone now and almost the entire period I have bought it from them its nonfunctional. They even blame me of negligent and have been asking them how would I intentionally break what I am paying for or are they insuniating my uselessness whereas they deducting my hard earned cash. According to me the manufacturer they using prooves to be selling them faulty devices they sell to unsuspecting clients and they inturn milk us of our monies. I have nt heard from them since March or early May and I am having no joy in paying for what I do not have.
