Unauthorised Debit - On wrong dates running up bank charges. Pay me back FFS!
Dearest Fonechoice, You people are messing up my credit by continuously debiting on the 20th of every month even though I told you I get paid on the 25th.
If you do not know how to stick to your end of the deal - kindly do away with the debit order and I will pay you manually. Reverse the money you took today and debit on the 25th when I get paid or stop the debit order function altogether on my account. You've been giving me unpaid debit orders for months and having me get charged by the bank and I want to be paid back by you. If you do not pay me back, and reverse my money today and deduct your money on the 25th - then please cancel the debit order and I'll pay you guys by stop order.
You people play too much!
